A few details that help every appointment run smoothly — for you and every client after you.
All appointments are confirmed with a credit card on file or a deposit at time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (see below).
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to ensure every client's appointment stays on time. The full treatment price still applies.
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied with a treatment, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right — whether that's a touch-up, an adjustment to your plan, or a credit toward a future visit.
Please let us know about any allergies, medications (including retinoids, accutane, or blood thinners), recent sun exposure, or skin conditions before your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding — let us know and we'll recommend an alternative.
Treatment series and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable, but may be paused for medical reasons with notice.
SkinArt Aesthetics collects only the information needed to book and provide your appointment — such as your name, phone number, email address, and any health or skin information you share with us for treatment safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Information submitted through our website (including our contact form and AI Skin Analysis tool) is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and personalize your skincare recommendations. We may use a limited amount of website activity data (such as which pages are visited) to understand how clients use our site and to improve our services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
AI Skin Analysis — Photo Handling: Photos submitted through the AI Skin Analysis tool are processed by our AI provider solely to generate your personalized results. Photos are not stored on our servers after your analysis is complete, are not used for training AI models, and are not shared with or sold to third parties. If you have questions about your photo or would like confirmation of deletion, contact us at info@skinartaesthetics.com.
By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the booking, cancellation, and health & safety policies listed above. Treatment outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Our AI Skin Analysis tool offers a complimentary, preliminary assessment for educational purposes and is not a medical diagnosis. It does not replace an in-person consultation, evaluation by a licensed esthetician, or care from a dermatologist or physician.
